Hangin Out with the Cousins!

This week, Boyd's brother and his family are visiting us. They are having so much fun with Eli. They love to hold him, and help by getting is binkie and singing songs to him when he's sad.

November in Arizona...

The kids were SO excited to swim in my pool when they got here. However, even though it looks nice, the water is VERY cold right now, and they spent about 5 minutes in the pool. It was nice though to sit out and get some sun. Allie says, "Can we spend more time in the shunshine?" :)

Everyone loves to hold Eli! He is very content as long as he's fed and gotten some sleep. He loves to look around and figure out who it is that's holding him. It's funny when Allie holds him because he's about half her size!

Funny story... I was up in my bedroom pumping the other day and Allie came in and sat on my bed and started talking to me and was inquiring as to what I was doing. She first said, "That looks dangerous!" Then she proceeded to tell me that her mom doesn't do that! When I finished pumping she said, "Are you going to get more milky?" And I said "Yes! My body keeps making milk for Eli to eat!" Allie says, "YOU'RE MAGIC!" LOL! I guess breastfeeding is pretty magical!

Baking cookies...we've made about 5 batches of cookies-- not for any reason other than I make goooood cookies! :) Here, Allie is making peanut butter cookies because Landon didn't want oatmeal chocolate chip cookies!

Mini golfing...

We went mini golfing on Saturday night. It was so fun! The kids have never been before--not many mini golf courses in Juneau! Eli slept in his frontpack the whole time and was a very good boy!
