My Little Big Boy!

I CAN NOT believe that Eli is almost 6 months--half way to being a year old!! It's insane! I feel like I just had him, yet I feel like he's been in our life forever. He is such a blessing, what a wonderful spirit he is. He is so much fun and every day I just thank my Heavenly Father for sending such a special little boy. He makes me smile every second of every day. I love him so so so much, he's the best!
As he grows and discovers new things, learns new "tricks", and gets bigger every day, I am excited and sad at the same time. As I put away more and more newborn clothes I almost start crying, but it's so fun to see him grow.
He now rolls from from to back, and back to front, and over and over and over! He loves that he can move around a little bit now, and when I give him the space, he takes it all! He is really starting to get his knees up under him, I think he's going to be crawling very soon. I guess I'd better baby proof my house! He was VERY intrigued by an electrical outlet (granted there was a light above it) but thankfully he couldn't reach the outlet...only a matter of time I'm sure.
He is also making "B" sounds. Buuuuh buuuuh buuuuh. Baaaa baaaa baaaa. And spitting rasberries A LOT. He loves to spit. Super.
Here are some fun pics for you....

Is this aginst child labor laws? Boyd took a break from work and I thought it'd be fun for Eli to take a crack at the old insurance business. Look out Aflac Duck and Geico Gecko, So Easy a Caveman could do it? Try...So easy a baby could do it! Eli could could outsell them for sure!

"Okay that's how much for the premium? Yes that is full coverage. It's a very comprehensive policy... 'scuse me, I gotta take a milky break."

"I'll save you a lot of money on your insurance, and maybe I could show you how I roll around too!"

Practice Makes Perfect...

Eli giving the "downward dog" pose a try...yes we're starting yoga early ;) If I wouldn've taken this pic from the side, you would see that he is ACTUALLY doing downward dog, lol, it's hillarious.

Who says you can't have fun with baby boy hair? Looks like someone got into Daddy's hair gel...

So stylin'
Auntie Brooks and Uncle Aaron visit...

This is Eli's usual greeting..."Oh it's so nice to see you, now I will suck on your nose!"

"Ooooh I love your beautiful hair Auntie Brooks!!"
