Shirley and I took Eli to the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium today in Tacoma. It was so much fun! Eli especially enjoyed the Aquarium . Well, actually Eli really enjoyed all the kids at the zoo. He would have been just as happy had there been no animals and just kids walking around. :)

This was the penguin exhibit, I was trying to show them to him, but again he didn't quite catch on. Once he did spot the penguin, he really wanted to touch it.
This was the walrus exhibit, they were really neat and swam right by the window, see video below.

This was the coolest tank! It looked fake because the fish were so bright! It makes me want to hop on a plane to Hawaii and do some snorkeling!

Shirley has a pool so we went and cooled off in it, Eli of course loved it
Playing around. Eli could not get enough of the pool, he would have stayed in all night if we let him.
All the other times we have taken Eli in the pool, he hasn't been too excited, but this time he really got wound up!
